1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate,
current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account login details and for all activity under your account.
3. Free Trials & Subscriptions
- We offer a 7-day free trial for all paid plans. A valid credit card is required at signup.
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your card will be charged on day 8.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
4. Fees & Payment
- Prices for subscriptions are listed on our Pricing page.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
- For the WordPress plugin version, there is no setup fee.
- For the Website/API version, a $795 one-time setup fee applies.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services.
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to post false, misleading, or offensive data.
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage our data without proper authorization under your plan.
6. Data Accuracy & Availability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date property and agent data.
However, we cannot guarantee that all listings or profiles are error-free,
complete, or available at all times.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and data provided through the Services are owned or licensed by us.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended under your subscription plan.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms,
- Fail to pay subscription fees, or
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Loss of profits or business opportunities, or
- Data inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will take effect when posted on this page,
with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
